My teaching is shaped by a deep respect for the intelligence of the body and the clarity that comes from inhabiting it fully.
I see yoga as a practice of relationship – with self, with breath, with ground, and with the moment as it unfolds.
Through breath, movement, and presence, I aim to create space for each person to reconnect with their own inner ground – not by striving toward wholeness, but by remembering it was never lost.
This practice isn’t about getting somewhere – it’s about becoming more available to what’s already here.
